Actualmente está finalizando su tesis «Neoliberalism and Urban Space: Activism, Atavism, and Aspiration». Es autor del artículo The new peace-keeping functions of nonprofits. Contesting neoliberalization or the urban poor? dentro del libro Contesting Neoliberalism. The Urban Frontier (Leitner/Jamie Peck/Eric Sheppard eds., Guilford Press, 2006).
