Architect and critic, professor of the Sint-Lucas School of Architecture and member of the Expert Committee of the European Prize for Urban Public Space since the 2010 edition.
The architect Marc Dubois is a lecturer at the Sint-Lucas School of Architecture. He has been curator of several exhibitions in the Ghent Design Museum and, in 1991, was chief curator for the “Flanders Architecture” exhibition in Barcelona. Until 1992, he was an advisor in the construction of the Mies van der Rohe Pavilion in Barcelona. “assessor de Miens Van de Rohe”: MvdR va morir l’any 1969 In 1993, he was a co-founder of the Flanders Architectural Yearbook. He is presently a member of the Casabella editorial advisory board. He has published articles in architecture reviews all over Europe as well as books on the work of such architects as Álvaro Siza, Philippe Samyn, Vincent Van Duysen and Bart Lens. Dubois has been a member of the Committee of Experts of the European Prize for Urban Public Space since 2010.
