With the aim of making known the results and essential values of the Prize, the CCCB has produced two touring exhibitions.

Presenting winning works, the first exhibition reveals by means of examples the challenges faced by European urban planners and the solutions they devise at the time of each award.

Titled “Polis: 7 Lessons from the European Prize for Urban Public Space”, the second show includes a sample of the best works presented for the Prize since it was first awarded. These are grouped under seven main headings representing some of the main challenges facing European cities today: “Peripheries”, “Mixture”, “Markets”, “Waterfronts”, “Mobility”, “Memory”, and “Democracy”.

In both cases the works are described by means of texts, photographs and videos. Designed and produced as touring exhibitions and hence easily adaptable to the spaces of the institutions and centres around the world which wish to show them, the exhibits are usually presented by means of a modular system with printed cloth and aluminium frames packed into two travelling boxes.
