Iain Sinclair

Writer and film-maker

British writer and film-maker. He studied at Trinity College, Dublin, the Courtauld Institute of Art, and the London School of Film Technique (now London Film School). His first works were poetry, much of it published by his own company, Albiol Village Press. The main theme of his present work, the city of London, is particularly focused on psychogeography, and understanding the behaviour of people and their emotions, starting out from the effects of the geographic milieu.

His published works include:

  • London Orbital: A walk Around the M25 (Penguin UK, 2003)
