Head of Product & Creative Director of Patch, a startup that is making the future of work more accessible by building coworking clubs and cultural venues across the UK.

Prior to joining Patch, Paloma co-founded Assemble, the acclaimed architecture and design studio focussed on promoting civic and cultural development. Assemble’s purpose-driven approaches were recognised in the receipt of the 2015 Turner Prize.

As a Loeb Fellow at Harvard University (2019-20), she concentrated on technology’s scope to enable sustainable civic and economic growth. She is motivated to develop scalable pathways to power inclusive change and is proactively engaged in the UK’s startup and venture communities.

Paloma writes, speaks, and advises on cities, culture, technology. She is a Design Advocate to the Mayor of London, and regularly presents in the UK and internationally including; Cambridge, Columbia, Harvard & Yale Universities, Financial Times Festival, D&AD, MOMA, Design Indaba – South Africa, Jeju Forum for Peace & Prosperity – Korea & Business of Design Week – Hong Kong.

Paloma studied architecture at Cambridge University and the Royal College of Art. In 2021 she completed the Newton Venture Program with the London Business School and LocalGlobe VC – a first-of-its-kind tech investor program.
