Žaklina Gligorijević

Žaklina Gligorijević has built a distinguished career across both the public and private sectors, with notable results in sustainable urban development and the promotion of high-quality public spaces. Her work in strategic planning has included extensive engagement in education and professional communication, as well as organizing national and international projects, conferences, and architectural and urban design competitions.

She has worked as an architect and urban planner and has served as Director of the Urban Planning Institute of Belgrade and the Centre for Planning Urban Development. As an active member of national professional associations, she has represented them in the International Society of City and Regional Planners and the Architects’ Council of Europe (ACE) and is a validated URBACT expert.

Žaklina currently works as a Senior Urban Consultant on EU- and World Bank–funded projects in Serbia.
