Landscape Architect and Urban Designer. Member of the Prize’s Board of Experts (2022 - 2026)

He is Professor of Cities and Landscapes and leads the New Centre for Spatial and Digital Ecologies at the University of Greenwich, London. He is a Professor at Politecnico di Milano and has previously held roles as Visiting Professor at Harvard University Graduate School of Design and at TU Wien's Interdisciplinary Centre for Urban Culture and Public Space. Ed founded the design research practice, Project Studio, in 2007 and he was appointed a Design Council Expert in 2021. His work explores practices of public space and processes of landscapes through concerns for spatial justice.
