Complementary to her basic training in architecture and urbanism, Alexandra specialises in cultural management and production, being initiator, coordinator and collaborator in numerous teams and platforms, such as Beta (Timișoara Architecture Biennial, whose coordinator she was for the 2020 edition), and FABER.

In the last four years, Alexandra has laid the foundations for the Center for Projects of the Municipality of Timișoara – a public institution built from scratch, with confidence in ideas, people, and collaborative processes, that currently is an inspiration for other cities. Under Alexandra's leadership, the institution has designed and carried out some of the most accessible and transparent funding programs, managed community spaces (such as the public cinemas, reintroduced into the city's cultural circuit since 2022), and organized high-impact events, becoming an essential pillar of the cultural ecosystem in Timișoara, with a key role in coordinating the implementation of the "Timișoara 2023 - European Capital of Culture" programme.
